In the aHUS Trials Watch 2 blog ( see here) news about a trial of a new complement inhibitor Cemdisiran using different technology was given.
There is more information about the trial which may be of great interest to those in countries where existing complement inhibitors are not as yet marketed nor funded.

The alliance stresses this is a trial and no results will be known for two years or so.
